By 1995, the leadership of the Polish football hooligans established for the football club Leh from Poznan. Their group, called Brigade Baniki had a reputation as brave fighters, and its leaders believed that no one in the foreseeable future will not be able to select their primacy. To this end, they created a coalition with two other teams hooligans : "Arka" (Gdynia) and Krakovia (Krakow), named for the first letters of teams ALK. For many years, the media were against football violence, and on April 19, 1997, it has gained momentum when the match between Warsaw "Legia" and "Polonia" fierce fighting flared.
